LOUIS A. RASCIA practices in the commercial transactional, labor and employment, corporate succession and estate planning and probate areas. Lou has represented businesses and their top management in many industries including printing, direct mail, manufacturing and fabricating, distributing and trade contracting. He received a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University and his J.D. from Loyola University. Lou has broad tax experience and worked in the tax department of Price Waterhouse before joining Griffith & Jacobson, LLC.
